All articles presented on the site are available, subject to the status of the stocks among providers. The delivery times indicated on the items are valid at the time of the consultation of the site.
Our base over 23000 articles is not stored in our premises, it is conditioned on the availability among providers, often abroad.
Only the final sold out of an item iby our suppliers resulted in the removal of one of our offer of sale. In other cases, a new order under a certain time is possible.
When there is unavailibility on an item ordered, the customer is informed by mail with possibly the new date of availability.
From the order to the expedition of the goods, the client has the possibility to cancel his order.
The prices indicated in euros are deemed to be net, excluding shipping costs. They are alterable at any time without notice, knowing that the articles will be charged on the basis in effect at the order record.
The books published in France are sold in accordance with the applicable provisions, and more particularly of the Act Lang on the single price, set by the publisher. This Act applies only to books published in France and not on the books published abroad and other articles on this site.
The price is full payable in a single payment to the command. All orders are billed and payable in euros. For any delivery out to the metropolitan France, thepotential customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Information on articles are made available to Internet users subject to typographical errors, images, non-contractual photos, or computer.
Shipping charges include participation in the costs of packing, shipping and preparation. They are calculated on the amount of each command.
It is advisable to bring together all the articles in a single command. It is not possible to combine two separate orders and shipping costs will be charged for each.

Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) in the form of payment proposed in the process of command (seizure secured by SSL encryption) advising the type of card, its number without a space between the figures, the number of control (located on the back of the card) and its date of validity, as well as by Paypal.
Cheques in euros, compensatable on a French Bank, in the order of "Nostromo Diffusion", are also accepted. They must be addressed at the headquarters of the company site manager (see address in section 1) stating the order number.
Deliveries are made to the address of delivery indicated during the ordering process.
The delivery time includes preparation time and the time for delivery by mail which cannot be guaranteed. The average time is from 5 to 15 days outside France.
Quality of products provided articles are new and guaranteed against default. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from the set of referenced suppliers and publishers. If that article is defective or non-compliant, its exchange (or a refund if the section is unavailable in the provider) will be carried out, provided that the article be returned to the location of the company site manager (see address in section 1) with the invoice.
The exchange or refund will be effective within a period of 15 days following the date of receipt of the returned package. No COD shipment will be accepted.
A right of withdrawal of 14 days is granted from the article récepton. It must be returned to the location of the company site.
