The Mourne range is a stunning wilderness which is popular with local walkers but is relatively unknown to those outside of Ireland. The wild mountain terrain includes beautifully long ridges, magnificent summits and vibrant heather and gorse covered slopes. The highest peaks are completely encircled by the famous 22 miles long Mourne Wall.
