Vol. 2 : Da Trapani a Messina

Il Sentiero Italia CAI è un unico sentiero che collega tutte le 20 regioni italiane. Parte da Santa Teresa di Gallura, in Sardegna, e, dopo aver attraversato le isole e l’intero crinale appenninico, percorre le Alpi da ovest a est fino ad approdare a Trieste, dove si conclude. Il tutto con ben 7600 km e 510 tappe!
Idea Montagna descrive, tramite una collana dedicata, tutte le tappe del Sentiero Italia CAI in collaborazione con il Club Alpino Italiano.

Il primo volume è uscito il 20 aprile 2021, mentre l’ultimo, il n. 10, sarà pubblicato il 20 marzo 2022. La Sicilia è uno scrigno di storia e natura che ha pochi eguali in tutto il Mediterraneo. La rupe di Erice, l’Etna, il teatro di Segesta, le Madonie. Basta citare pochi luoghi toccati dal Sentiero Italia, per percepire quanto possa restituire ai camminatori percorrere il Sentiero in questa terra, dove è possibile inoltre camminare praticamente in ogni periodo dell’anno.I dati del percorso (comprese le varianti):

The Sentiero Italia CAI is a single trail that connects all 20 Italian regions. It starts from Santa Teresa di Gallura, in Sardinia, and, after crossing the islands and the entire Apennine ridge, it runs through the Alps from west to east until it reaches Trieste, where it ends. All this with 7600 km and 510 stages!
Idea Montagna describes, through a dedicated series, all the stages of the Sentiero Italia CAI in collaboration with the Italian Alpine Club.
