Den här guiden består av en bok och en karta som tillsammans ger dig all ­nödvändig information för att lyckas med en bestigning av Kebnekaise. Utöver beskrivningar av de olika vägarna till sydtoppen ges många tips på dagsturer kring Kebnekaise fjällstation. Du kan också läsa om olika alternativa vägar att vandra mellan utgångspunkten Nikkaluokta och fjällstationen.

Den medföljande kartan är tryckt på vattentålig tyvek och har två sidor. Den ena sidan är mycket detaljerad i skala 1:20 000 och visar terrängen närmast själva fjällstationen. Den andra sidan av kartan är i skala 1:50 000 och ger en större överblick.

Texterna i boken är skrivna av författaren och fotografen Fredrik Neregård. Han har skrivit flera populära guideböcker om vandring i fjällen.

This guide consists of a book and a map which together provide you with all the necessary information for a successful ascent of Kebnekaise. In addition to descriptions of the various routes to the south peak, many tips are given on day trips around Kebnekaise mountain station. You can also read about different alternative routes to hike between the starting point Nikkaluokta and the mountain station.

The accompanying map is printed on water-resistant tyvek and has two sides. One side is very detailed at a scale of 1:20,000 and shows the terrain closest to the mountain station itself. The other side of the map is at a scale of 1:50,000 and provides a larger overview.

The texts in the book are written by the author and photographer Fredrik Neregård. He has written several popular guidebooks about hiking in the mountains.
