Der Wanderführer präsentiert viele leichte Wanderungen, auf denen sich die fantastische Bergnatur Norwegens ohne Strapazen genießen lässt. Die meisten Routen sind jedoch mittelschwer bis anspruchsvoll: Die Pfade führen naturbelassen »über Stock und Stein«, durch Moore und Bäche. Viele mehrtägige Trekkingtouren erschließen die Urwüchsigkeit und Großartigkeit der norwegischen Bergwelt.

Jede Wanderung wird mit einer zuverlässigen Tourenbeschreibung, einem Wanderkärtchen mit eingetragenem Routenverlauf und einem aussagekräftigen Höhenprofil vorgestellt. GPS-Daten stehen zum Download bereit. Darüber hinaus gibt es viele Informationen zu Unterkünften und Weg-Varianten. Ein kleines Wörterbuch für Wanderer hilft bei der Kommunikation unterwegs. Zahlreiche Fotos vermitteln, wie eindrucksvoll die Natur Norwegens ist.

The hiking guide presents many easy hikes on which you can enjoy the fantastic mountain nature of Norway without exertion. However, most of the routes are moderately difficult to demanding: the paths lead naturally "over hill and dale", through moors and streams. Many multi-day trekking tours open up the unspoilt nature and magnificence of the Norwegian mountains.

Each hike is presented with a reliable tour description, a hiking map showing the route and a meaningful elevation profile. GPS data is available for download. In addition, there is a lot of information about accommodation and route variants. A small dictionary for hikers helps with communication on the way. Numerous photos convey how impressive Norway's nature is.
