This guidebook describes selected sport routes and bouldering problems in the Vestfold area of southern Norway. Vestfold is located to the south of Oslo and is very accessible from the city. The climbing is on granite rock, and the guidebook describes 20 main crags including the bouldering at Hvasser.
All the routes are shown on either colour photo topos and or colour topos. For each area there is a location map plus access information. Symbols indicate approach time, orientation of the crag, spread of grades, and the style of climbing to be found.
This guidebook is in Norwegian text throughout, but with the approach information also in English text. Also a large amount of information is conveyed by symbols.
