Mallorca acoge un buen número de escuelas de deportiva, que destacan por sumagnífica calidad, su variedad y su proximidad entre las mismas, con el valor añadido de tener el Mediterráneo como paisaje de fondo prácticamente siempre. Las posibilidades de la isla no han pasado desapercibidas a los deportivos europeos que acuden cada año en mayo número a disfrutar de sus paredes.

Sólo faltaba publicar una guía que reuniera lo mejor. Miquel Riera, con la colaboración de Toni Riscos han reunido en este libro más de 1.000 vías pertenecientes a 44 escuelas.
