The bouldering is spread across the islands of Austvågøy (11 areas), Gimsøy (2 areas), Vestvågøy (6 areas), Flakstadøya (3 areas), and Moskenesøya (2 areas). Included are the classic areas of Lyngvaer, Kalle and Hammaren below Preston to the more remote areas of Kvalvika and Bunes on Moskenesøya.
All 700+ boulder problems are shown on colour photo topos and include a brief description. All the different areas have a location map, access information and a brief description of the bouldering to be found. Also included are numerous boulder maps throughout the guidebook.
Published in May 2016 this guidebook is in English text throughout and includes many excellent action photographs. The author Jonas Paulsson has been covering climbing as a photographer and writer for more than 20 years.
