Der Autor Martin Gerber beschreibt mehrheitlich gut abgesicherte Klettergärten, aber auch einige, wilde Nicht-Plaisir-Touren. Total rund 1800 Routen im Simmental, Diemtigtal, Kandertal, in den Lütschinentälern, im Haslital und rund um die Oberländer Seen. Wie bei den SAC-Kletterführern Standard, sind sämtliche Gebiete und Sektoren in diesem Werk auf Naturverträglichkeit geprüft.
