Das Veneto präsentiert sich als vielfältige und interessante Landschaft in Italien, besonders kulturell gesehen. Diese Region ist reich gesegnet mit wunderschönen und wichtigen Städten wie Verona, Vicenza, Padova und Venedig. Außerdem gehört auch das beliebte Ausflugsziel Gardasee teilweise zum Veneto und auch das Podelta. Die bekannten und äußerst delikaten kulinarischen Schätze der Region tragen massiv dazu bei, dass das Veneto eine wichtige Tourismusregion ist und eine wirtschaftlich wohlhabende Gegend.
Die geografische Ausdehnung reicht von den Alpen im Norden bis zum Po im Süden und vom Lago di Garda im Westen bis an die Adriaküste im Osten. Die Königin der italienischen Städte, die Stadt Venedig, gibt der Region ihren Namen und ist natürlich die Hauptstadt der Region. Diese wunderbare Stadt ist eines der beliebtesten Reiseziele auf der ganzen Welt, aber auch die restliche Region bietet wunderbare Landschaften, interessante Dörfer und Städte und eine Vielzahl an herrlichen Villen.

Die Gesamtlänge aller 20 Touren beträgt rund 1.430 Kilometer. Die erste und längste Tour, Veniceland, hat eine Länge von knapp 300 km.

The Veneto presents itself as a diverse and interesting landscape in Italy, particularly culturally. This region is richly blessed with beautiful and important cities like Verona, Vicenza, Padova and Venice. In addition, the popular excursion destination Lake Garda is partly part of the Veneto and also the Podelta.
